You have a browser highjack, download Spybot and AdAware they will remove the highjack and your browser should be ok after that, also get a pop-up blocker and firewall to stop any further highjacks, also make sure that you have the latest updates and patches from microsoft to fix the loopholes that XP has, most of the highjacks are done through these loopholes.
