read the community faq, anyway to answer you're question moderators and adminastrators of the site do, and with them watching over many forums they cant rate right when they come out, some times it takes a few days.

It happens kinda like that.

It depends on whom sees the thread, when it's read, and how often it's read as other people reply to it.

What some Moderators and Staff feel is worth points, others do not.

It's almost impossible for us to devote all of our free time to just reading and rating threads, as many of us (including myself) work long hours and have real life outside of the internet to deal with.

When I'm into a thread I attempt to rate it while I'm there and most times comment.

There's simply not enough hours in the day to get to every forum, post, or thread made and rate it.

We do not get paid to do this, or any task on this site and it's forums. It's all volunteer time by ourselves for you folks.

Hopefully it's appreciated by some of you at least.

I know that its appreciated by me and a lot of other users for what u guys do to keep this forum going, but no matter what ur gonna have a spoiled sport that wants to ruin it for the rest...
