Animated GIF's don't work, help please

S_N987 here, eh.

For some reason, animated GIF's have just stopped working on my computer for a couple of days now. They stopped working ever since I downloaded PopSubstract, which ststed something about "blocking animations". I uninstalled it but animated GIF's still don't work, they only show the first frame. What can I do to fix the problem ?

There, I fixed the problem all by myself.
