I just posted something about this book in the 'Worst Games Ever' thread (only because the book alludes to some pretty bad games), and it inspired me to ask around and see who else has read it.

I urge ANY gamer (especially those around my age, who've been gaming since the Atari 2600) to read Lucky Wander Boy, by DB Weiss. A great book, and an even better read for a seasoned gamer - about a job-hopping twenty-something year old who aspires to create a catalog of every video game ever invented. Funny and clever, I enjoyed the heck out of it.

Any thoughts or opinions, from those who have read it? I bought it for a gaming friend for Xmas, ended up reading it myself, and now plan on getting a copy. DB's flow of thought might seem a little 'far out' to some, but for a first novel, I think it's outstanding.

For a brief synopsis, check it:

Peace.
