Anyone else excited for the DC Cinematic Universe?

I didn't see a thread discussing all of the upcoming films that WB announced for DC Comics so I created this thread. Is anyone else here a DC fan and excited for the DCCU?

Here's the breakdown:

Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice - March 25, 2016

Suicide Squad - 2016

Wonder Woman - 2017

Justice League - 2017

The Flash - 2018

Aquaman - 2018

Justice League 2 - 2019

Cyborg - 2020

Green Lantern - 2020


I'm particularly feeling excited for Suicide Squad right now. The film is apparently set to feature Harley Quinn on the team with Margot Robbie portraying her, Jared Leto is rumored to appear as The Joker, Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor is rumored to have a role and Ryan Gosling, Will Smith and Tom Hardy are all rumored to be on the team. I really hope Gosling ends up playing Deadshot.

I'm excited for the movies that don't have Batman or Superman in them, yes. So Aquaman, Green Lanter, Cyborg, Wonder Woman all have my attention.

Wow I was just looking at buying the Suicide Squad graphic novel off amazon. I'm really surprised they would put that ahead of Wonder Women and the Flash and the Justice league stuff. That seems like it could be really confusing but maybe the story is just that good? I gotta pick up the graphic novel I guess. Also you forgot the one I'm really pumped for, SHAZAM! The Rock got the part of Black Adam, which I'm on the fence about since he does look the part but I don't feel like he has the acting chops to do the character justice. Aquaman would be really cool too, but he's got an animated movie coming out much sooner that also looks like it could be good.

Other than that though, its hard to get excited for something thats like 2 to 4 years away. That goes for Marvel's phase 3 as well. I just don't care, none of it is set in stone. Like if Superman vs Batman flops hardcore than it'll all just kinda teeter off.

Another Green Lantern film? Which GL is it starring and who are they up against? Depending on those factors I could see it working or failing miserably.
