Most people are full of shit. Concordingly, so are most politicians. Why should we blame them for being as weak as the people who vote for them? The vast majority of people are not so smart: after all, Hitler was democratically elected. And yet, democracy is the least bad system there probably is. All other alternatives are worse!

I still believe that there are many people working in politics or in governmental organisations (or political parties) who fight for what they believe in and do it honestly. Politician is one of the least respected jobs in the world, certainly in democracies.


People who are pro-Bush can take their issues to me in private, by the way.

By the way: homosexuality is genetic, no one wakes up one day and decides it's great to be gay and to be discriminated against. What the **** should other people care how other people choose to live? What threat do they pose? None whatsoever.
