There's a lot of poor ones out there.

Tell me about it. I'd particularly avoid Tali Zorah.org forums. That place has got to be the weirdest and downright creepiest places on the net. They constantly wonder how that character tastes like and how much they want to sleep with her, even creating BLOW UP DOLLS!!!!

Here's what I said is the best and the worst forums ever.

Best
GameBanshee - One of the friendliness members, mods, and RPG fans that I ever seen.
IGN - I never had any problems with those forums, but some were immature.
Mugen Infantry - Never had any problems with them, but the "Random Insanity" is were sometimes I have fun, or maybe I should try the different forums.
MTG Salvation - Yes I played "MTG", and there are nice people in their forums, and the mods and admin were doing a good job of taking care of trolls and other bad things especially the owner.
Capcom Unity - Friendly admins and mods especially the owner of the site. I like visit that site because it's great, and I never had any problems with them.

Worst
Smashboards - The worst forum I've ever been there, rude moderators and administrator, the rules of the forum is RIDICULOUS, there are trolls there, and they can ban you for no reason, because sometime of your grammars, and it's definitely not for children to go into a forum because of strong language in the forum. They ban me for no reason, and there later this year, they unban me, but my password was changed, and that's why I WOULD NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN.
G4TV forums - I wasn't banned from this forum, but I receive mostly negative reps for no reason because they're immature, and they listen to death metal in the thread "What are you listening to?", yes there are trolls there and the moderators and administrator didn't deal with trolls in the "Off Topic" forum.
Magic Deck Vortex - This is why they can give you an infraction for no reason, and that's why there are rude members, and rude moderators and administrators in the forum, and the owner didn't deal with some trolls there is, also they can cyberbully you a little bit.
Sirwerd1 Wetpaint - I really, really, REALLY hate those members because they are impostering the creator "Sirwerd'" and the creator didn't deal with them, and the creator don't ban those trolls, because everybody in the forum hates Sirwerd1.

As for the best and the worst forums I've seen, I haven't joined to many forums but I guess they are MKO (the best) and the MK site (the worst).

I don't frequent a lot of forums. Aside from MKO, Gamespot, and Gamefaqs are the other regular ones. Gamespot is fill with fanboys, and the gamefaq boards tended to be filled with trolls, and console fanboys.
