Can anyone help me with my gamespot problem

when i go there and try to download the mortal kombat decepetion videos the little box comes up and says its going to start downloading soon but it never does and i have to restart my computer because it logs it up, can anyone help with this problem?

I have the same problem, too. every time i try to download an mk6 movie, it has no box where you can see the sceen. if there is any one on this board that can help us, i would appreciate it.

p.s. i really want to see the movies because the screenshot's look cool.
