DC Vs. Marvel character match ups...

Hey...I just wanna hear your takes on the following matches between DC and Marvel characters. If you could say why the person you chose would win that match. Also feel free to add you own dream match ups...As I love to discuss stuff like this.

Nightwing Vs. Daredevil: This would be an amazing fight, IMO...a long, and brutal one as well. But in the end I give this one to Nightwing. Why? Because he was trained by Batman. Nuff said!

Black Canary Vs. Mocking Bird: Another great fight here. Both of these lovely ladies would be evenly matched hand to hand wise I think. So it would be a very interesting fight to watch. However I think that Dinah takes it in the end as she has a slight advantage that Bobbi couldn't be prepared for: her Canary Cry. (Yes she did get her power back recently)

Tigra Vs. Cheetah I think this fight goes to Tigra...simply because I believe her to be more vicious and more experienced in her fighting ability than Cheetah.

Dark Phoenix Vs. Dark Seid *chuckles* This one easily goes to Dark Phoenix. As bad as Dark Seid is...Phoenix has more power in her pinky than Dark Seid could ever dream of. This match wouldn't take long....at all.

Zatanna Vs. Scarlet Witch This fight definitely goes to Wanda. All she'd have to do is fire a Hex bolt that would cause Zatanna to not be able to speak, and another to have something from the surrounding area (tree branch or something) take her out...game over.

Shadowcat Vs. Huntress Some might say that this easily goes to Kitty. I don't thinks so. Kitty has a great power...and is a superb fighter due to that possession so long ago that left her a fully trained samurai. But, I think the huntress has better all around fighting ability..and to knockout Shadowcat's phasing power all she'd have to do is hit her with any one of a number of gases I'm sure she carries in her belt...Kitty has to breath sometime and when she does she becomes solid...then it's all over.

These are only a few off the top of my head. So what do you guys think?

Daredevil over Nightwing even though Nightwing is badass,I just think Daredevils' whip/cane would be to much for him. Daredevil is a master with that thing

Shadowcat over Huntress...because I know who she is lol

Green Lantern vs. Silver Surfer: Oh man!!! I think it would ba a great fight, but Silver Surfer would win. He'd just turn the fight into WWE and lay Lantern out with his surfboard! LOL!

Namor vs. Aquaman: LOL!!!! Everyone has wondered this one and so have I. Aquaman has lost his edge, so I say Namor.

Superman vs. Apocalapse: Hmmmmmmmmm.... I'll let everyone think about that one.

Batman vs. Juggernaught: C'mon this is easy. Batman would find a way to beat him!

Wonder Woman vs. Red Skull: Hmmmmmm... I dunno! *flips coin* Wonder Woman.

Thanks! And awesome fights man!...Hmmm GL vs. Surfer...Same! Namor Vs. Aquaman...Aquaman, but only if he went back to his Hook hand badass version...otherwise yeah I'd say Namor. Superman Vs. Apocolypse, Hmmmm...I'm gonna say Apocolypse here only because he seems to be everliving not matter what ANYBODY does to him. Batman Vs. Juggernaut *scoffs* Bats, all the way! Wonder Woman Vs. Redskull...Diana OWNS Red Skull!

Catwoman vs. Psyloke: Damn! A tough choice.

Joker vs. Deadpool: OH MAN! Deadpool with his fighting skills and strange sense of humor would murder him.

Cable vs. Lobo: As hilarious as Lobo is, Cable is just too rough for him.

Mr. Freeze vs. Magneto: Nah..I think Mags owns Mr. Freeze, He WAS one of the most powerful mutants on the planet, next to only Xavior. Mr. Freeze just has the gun...which Magneto would make short work of almost instantly!

Catwoman vs. Psyloke: Psylocke 'nuff said!

Joker vs. Deadpool: I'm completely with you on this one, Deadpool would massacre Joker...even with interference from Harley!

Cable vs. Lobo: HA! I thinks Cable would mop the floor with Lobo's chin!

Greenarrow Vs. Hawkeye: Personally, I think they'll just go to a bar and try to impress chicks with their archery skills.

Flash Vs. Captain America: Uhhhhhhhhhh.... another toughy! Hmmmm... I really don't know about this one!!!

Nightwing Vs. Gambit: Well, all those years with Batman learning all the deductive attributes would give Nightwing a very slight edge over Gambit.

Doomsday Vs. Thanos: OH MAN! Talk about slugfest!!! Huh. I think when all the dust is settled, Thanos would walk away victor.

Poison Ivy Vs. Domino: Domino is too hardcore to loose!

Supergirl Vs. Rogue: TIE!!!! I can't see either of them not knocking each other out with one punch.

Flash Vs. Captain America: I say flash here...there's no way flash can fight as well as Cap...but Cap would be at an unfair disadvantage due to Flash's speed.

Nightwing Vs. Gambit: Nightwing..no question!

Doomsday Vs. Thanos: OH MAN! Talk about slugfest!!! Huh. I think when all the dust is settled, Thanos would walk away victor. < Agree completely.

Poison Ivy Vs. Domino: Domino is too hardcore to loose! < yeah, plus she's got that luck power of hers to ensure things go her way!

acctually I've seen a comic book were wolverine fights batamn, but then they end up coming together as one being it's was cool...
personally I'll choose my favorite from both camps, Batman and Cpt. America not only at the very peak of human physique but both brilliant tacticians, great fight...

I think Vision would win, but barely!

Batman Vs. Cap = One of the best fights...ever! I would love this...though I really couldn't say who would win...they're so evenly matched!

Spider-Man would Destroy Superboy...no doubt.

M. Manhunter Vs. Vision: I think The Manhunter takes this one...he has way to many powers for Vision to contend with.

Batman Vs. IronMan/WarMachine: Batman.

Hawkeye Vs. Archangel: Depends on which archangel your talking about...if your talking about Metal wings Archangel..then Archangel as he was just deadly and did not care in this form...However if you talking about Feather Wings A.Angel..then Hawkman would put him down...hard.

You guys do realize there was a Marvel vs. DC comic book event that actually occurred right, where the two universes merged and heroes of both fought each other? Some of the fights included ones that you guys named like Spider-man versus Super boy as well as Storm versus Wonder woman, Hulk Versus Super man, Thor versus Captain Marvel, Wolverine versus Lobo. Oh and the Namor Versus Aquaman fight also occurred (aquaman won by cheating, he kept Namor's attention and then had an Orca jump out of the water and land on him.

As for Matchups that haven't occurred I'd like to see what exactly the Justice league (or the gay Super Friends as they were back in the day) would do up against the Avengers. OOH OOH and I want Juggernaut to beat the hell out of Superman. Those would be fun matches.

First to drop some of my mad fanboy knowledge: A few of these fights have already taken place in the DC vs. Marvel comics from the mid-90s. Still, the scenarios presented here have been a lot better than the ones from that series. Anyhoo, on to my own dream matches!

Wolverine vs. Superman: Obviously a Wolvie victory, buy if anyone can give him a run for his money, its Supes.

Lobo vs. Deadpool: The biggest badasses from each company throw down. Having a victor is unimportant, this would just be a blast to watch.

Kevin Smith vs. Alan Moore: Smith is going down for "Jersey Girl".

Aren't you talkin' about that alternate universe where a character from DC and a character from Marvel were merged into one new character? Like Batman+Wolverine were merged to create some kick ass dude? I remember that litte venture and I'm kicking myself for not buying any of those comics.

Iron Man vs Steel.....too easy ol' shellhead wins hands down
Nightwing vs Daredevil....hmmm Yeah Mr. Grayson was trained by the Dark Knight but does he have the "streets" to take out DD who was trained by "Stick". Both are proficient aerialists and wield similar weapons. I'd give the edge to DD because of his Radar sense.
Hulk vs Solomon Grundy......since solomon doesn't power up like the Hulk does in a fit of rage, this steroid-infested Michael Jackson look-alike is doomed.

I see them teaming up rather than fighting each other. Lobo is badass, but it's hard to take him seriously. Deadpool is lethal as hell, but his quirky humor is a pleasant surprise.

Yep! I'm aware of that series..that's why the INITIAL matches I listed in this thread..I tried to make sure that none of those characters had fought each other in that series...I don't think that any of them did..but I could be wrong, as I didn't see ALL of that seris. BTW Any body besides Savior have any opinions on those fights? I know that some people here have to know who most if not all of those characters are.
