This was the first game i ever played (JSRF) and it was so fun!
I was digging through my old Xbox games when i stumbled across this game:
You wouldnt believe how fast i popped that game in my 360!
...So does anybody else like this game on this forum? Who are your favorite characters? Do you prefer Jet Grind Radio or Jet Set Radio Future?

JSRF, I kinda like how they took away the timer (despite people bitching). <3 <3 <3

The music and sound were way too annoying to let me enjoy the game.

Jet Grind Radio was fun. It had an awesome soundtrack, too.
Guitar Vader - Super Brothers
Guitar Vader - Magical Girl
And Sweet Soul Brother, the one I remember most distinctly.

I've had it since 2002, and I still play it regularly. I love that game!

One of my favorite games of all time. I used Beat and Corn the most. Loved the game and the soundtrack and the style. Simply under appreciated. Too bad my game is way too scratched to be played now. Xbox, put this on the damn arcade. Sankyuu

Hell yeah! I loved both of those games, though I liked the original the best, on Dreamcast. Very awesome games and soundtracks!

Jet Grind Radio made the dreamcast.
First game I ever played was probably mario, first games I ever owned were Castlevania 3, dragon warrior, kung fu, and star wars.

i was thinking of getting this game but i'd like to know how it is. is it anything like tony hawk games or the ssx series. it looks cool but i'm unsure what the gameplays like. also how many characters can you select from and how many levels are there. is it just rollerbading or is there more to it. also does it have custom soundtrack if i don't like the music.
i'd appreciate it if anybody can answer my questions.

Yes in the idea that part of the game is going around doing tricks for points. No in practically everything else. Get the game? Hell yes.

Its not like Tony Hawk
Jet Set Radio future's gameplay is good
Well the Characters are kind of difficult to unlock. the villians you can unlock at th end of the game
There's
9 chapters in story mode
There more to it than rollerblading, you should look up some gameplay videos
There's no custom soundtrack(I belive) but there's custom graffiti !

You can custom the soundtrack if you really need to (WHY?!). Besides setting up an in-game playlist, you can mute all game music, hit the guide button and choose your own music (like any other game on the 360).
