...you reformat your PC after a good backup, only to find out you forgot to backup your Doom3 saves and have to start all over again?

This place has indeed gotten a bit more active with the approaching release of MKD.

It's GREAT to see you guys again.
Besides the GF thing, I've been busy burning DVDs of all the Justice League shows, I'm the leader of two supergroups in City of Heroes, building a new pc for the gf, and trying to help convince people that ordering tshirts for 3dgpu.com would be a great idea. Oh, and you'd be surprised at how addictive watching the release of season 1 of Knight Rider on DVD is, bringing tides of nostalga.
Lots of new faces and I haven't seen this many users online since a few weeks before the last game.
Well, it's not like I won't enjoy going through Doom 3 again from the beginning, but I have a lump on my forehead at the place I smacked myself upon realization...
