That's crazy!

I haven't played SH4:The Room yet, but maybe someday I'll give it a shot. It looks pretty different, though. Limited inventory and those damn ghosts make me apprehensive.

Yeah crazy huh? People don't know what is worth what at swap meets.

The 4th entry is very different. You're not in Silent Hill at all, but you visit near there at one point in the game. If you remember the article in the 2nd game about the murders by Walter Sullivan and the the article in SH3 about Hope House (Now called Wish House in the 4th game), that's what the games real focus is. The events of Walter Sullivan.

I love the game and the inventory system really doesn't bother me at all. I just know what to pick up and what not to. You don't rely on your firearms much and you mostly use melee weapons anyways.

The ghosts can be such a pain in the ass. They give off a creepy vibe too. With all the moaning and groaning they do. It gets into your head. It doesn't help that they can pretty much show up wherever you go too via going through walls.

Yeah and who knew I enjoyed Silent Hill 4 and it really scared the hell out of me the first time I played it. More so than any of the other ones. Its a great game and Cynthia gave me nightmares for weeks.

I remember watching the awesome E3 trailer for it a long time ago with that thundering music, and being all like, "Wow! I'm not playing that anytime soon." The part with Joseph being attacked by those ghosts in his apartment creeped me out.

On a side note, have you watched Twin Perfect's The Real Silent Hill Experience videos? They're hilarious, in-depth, and pretty spot-on, I think.

These videos are fantastic. I couldn't have said these facts better myself! They really know what they're talking about and don't fool around.
