The jackass wants to charge me additional rent because my gal was staying with me for two weeks... At the end of August. His argument being that because she was here, more resources (water, electricity, internet) were used than normal, and he believes she should pay since this isn't an apartment building (renting a room in his home). The thing is, it's illegal, no matter how one looks at it. Rather than have to get into a fucking huge fight about it, I'd rather he died. Though to be fair, it wouldn't take much to shut the fucker up about it, since there are laws, but it's a stupid hassle that I shouldn't have to put up with. Whatever, I hope he has a heart attack in his sleep.
