The monster design is so horrible in Downpour.
Every monster looks unquestionably human, and one apparently speaks to you.

There's a nurse replacement character that's essentially a pale, blood-spattered woman.
There's a Wall Man/Dead Space Guardian knock-off (pretty much), and there's some big monster (the weeping bat) that looks and acts exactly like that boss Scarlet from Homecoming.
Oh, and there's a ball of light that chases you. (Borley Haunted Mansion much?)

In other news, I've been thinking about ideas for a "true" sequel to Jak & Daxter: TPL (I never liked how Jak 2 and 3 detracted from the original game so much, it felt like they just sent them forward to be a GTA clone in my eyes) that involved Jak learning how to harness eco in more ways...

I managed to get to the "Extra" content in the diaablo 3 beta. if anyone is in and it worried about the game being too easy I can assure you it is not. It gets a lot more fun after the tutorial section of the game. which is essentially what beta is.
