Second day back at the gym and I've already injured myself. While doing an overhead press with 65 lbs, the part of my neck/back where shoulder blades connect with my neck cracked a little, and now I'm sore as Hell.
Best case, and most likely scenario: something minor I'll heal from relatively quickly, seeing as I can still move my head all over the place (albeit with minor pain).
Worst case, and least likely scenario that still concerns me: I might have to see a chiropractor if I notice the pain worsens. Mother fucking son of a bitch...
Took some ibuprofen and am lying down on a cold compress... Hope it helps.
