I wouldnt recommend mw3 to anyone, and if your not interested in online it will serve you no purpose, even if you liked multiplayer it would have got boring by now

if you liked mw2 story then you should like this ones

Finished up GBA FF1. Defeated all bonus dungeons and superbosses, with the bestiary 89% complete (I'm absolutely fine with not completing it).

On to FF2 tomorrow.

If you are speaking of Modern Warfare 3, then yes it was a good continuation of the Modern Warfare story. If you're not interested in the Multiplayer, then like UNdiscovered suggested, give this game a rent to beat the Campaign Mode.

The story contains very flashy sequences of action and destruction. So if you liked MW2's story, you'll no doubt enjoy MW3's story, even if it might be a short one.
