So, there is an MKO Monitored Feedback thread, where users are able to report bugs or submit suggestions on how to improve the site.
In the past, I have always heard back from someone regarding what I had to say. Which is nice, because it creates the illusion that the people running this site actually give a damn about it.
My latest suggestion went unanswered so I posted again saying that "I really don't believe that this thread is monitored." My response finally arrived in the form of a skull point and a PM.
I don't understand the administrators here. It's like they go out of their way to disrespect and chase the members of this website away.
