Can the mods read users IMs?

I need help with newgrounds.com. I've been trying to watch some stuff on there but when the window that has the movie comes up, all I get is a blank window, with the normal ads and "add this movie to your favs" and "send this to a friend" links. And this picture pops up at the top center of the window.



Still need help, I can't watch newgrounds videos!!!

maybe you're just not presenting yourself the right way. If you're going to get interviewed, try to dress professional. That means don't go to an interview looking casual. Also, don't try to make it seem like you're desperate for a job, because that really draws their attention away from you. =/
