I would think with the right lubrication and mental preparation it's probably not that bad. It's not like you're sticking something jagged and sharp or anything. Just have to be careful. I suppose that goes for all sex in general really. You just have to be extra careful with the butt.

No I live right outside Chicago. We have a gay neighborhood called Boys Town. There's a lot of gay clubs, restaurants. Really though even in Boys Town you don't see a lot of same sex hand holding or kissing or anything, at least until at night when all the clubs open up. Really even then there's not a lot. Boys Town is a blast. Gay clubs > Straight clubs. Gay clubs have hotter bartenders and way better music!
