Well, today was an eventful day at work:

This girl I work with (she's seriously like a sister to me) told me a story about how she hooked up (for those confused, hooked up = making out, not sex) with another guy that we work with two nights ago (I think). The problem is that the guy was all apologetic yesterday, firmly believing that he led her on, was sorry if she felt used (which she really didn't) and didn't want to rush anything, even though he asked her to hang out with him again yesterday (this was before apologizing... she declined, and his apology was not due to that). Now, honestly, this guy is one of the nicest I've ever met, a true angel, but he's had some seriously bad shit happen to him recently (it's either his dad was murdered a while back and the trial is just happening now or his dad is on trial for murder... big difference I know, but I forget which). Of course I don't want to see either of them get hurt, and she wants to stay friends with him, but she's scared that she won't be able to salvage it if she says no to him from a relationship standpoint. I want to help, but I don't want to get involved, but then again she kind of did get me involved by telling me all of this... and my head is spinning. I'm done boring you (if you're reading this). Time for sleep.
