argos, it's in UK.
it's catalogue shop, other words person looks at catalogue write the code down then go to till. that code will be sent stockroom (thats where I work) and I get Item for them.
I've been in Argos before when I was to England a few years back, it's a neat idea, no worries on stocking shelves to make products look nice or anything you just go in, look through the catalogue and get the number and get your item. Kinda like Sears over here but the items are right there for you.
Argos alright some times but working there is a joke, the stockroom is mess and there only 2 people (1 upstair and other working downstair) working on stockroom so thats why it take so long to get items to you.
Next week is going to be hell for me because I'm doing 20 hours (even tho I'm contrack to do 10 hours) and I'm not getting paid extra for overtime because I'm part time worker. I also found out last night that I was ment to get search everyday I'm there before I leave but I wasn't told that (I been doing this job for 3 weeks and I been search ones, that was my first day) and if you leave without getting search, you get fired.
I just feel I don't get the help I need with stockroom (so I got phone for people to help me but thats mean less people working on other parts of argos which means longer lines) or information to do my job right.
