OK, you are on crack if you think that's going to bulk you up at the weight you currently are at. Besides, that being needless overkill.
The push-ups I'd say are ok and good to start off on, as that will build your muscles needed to press weights and do other exercises later that will need some support.
Being honest, you don't need to do crunches and sit ups like that at all, it's a waste of time.
Abs only show when your body fat percentage is low around 10-15% (and I'm guessing yours is really low now already) the best thing if you want Abs popping out more at low bf % are decline crunches on a slant board using a heavy plate on your chest as you do them. Go to exhaustion and then stop. You don't really need anymore than that.
You need some meat on your bones in order to "feed" the muscles you are trying to grow. My recommendation would be a high carb/protein diet with weight training. You'll probably want to avoid much cardio as you don't want to lose anymore weight than you have already.
Saying all this, *I* need to get back to my own training on intervals again as I've gained more weight than I want and my bf % is up again when it was down to 15% when I was training steady.

Yeah,that's where it was.I was suprised that no one saw...It was quite hilarious. (Or maybe it was just me.My face didn't turn red or anything.I just was suprised because they mentioned something of it at the start of the period. (I thought they were joking.)
There was no need for them to tell me to shave,because I already do.I find pubic hair to be a nuisance.Most of the girls I've been with have told me they like guys shaved as to "Hairy".
