When I use to watch it, TM2 Cheetor (the one with the saber teeth) was my favourite. I remember he was out of control and went on a rampage. The evil Dinobot try to get in his way and there was a Velociraptor vs. Sabertooth-cat fight as a result. Dinobot got his ass owned.

My fav. Beast Machines character would be Cheetor without a doubt. Silverbolt was just a stupid looking vulture...back in Beast Wars days he was my second fav.

As for episodes, all of them were pretty cool...especially towards the end when that whole Depthcharge and Rampage saga took place as well as Tigerhawk's debut.
