I've never given you, or anyone else, any reason to distrust me. It's just silly and mind numbingly childish to say such things. I'm trying to offer fairness, so I'm not bothered. Saying "fuck" isn't necessarily bad, and neither is "bitch". Otherwise, you would have gotten skulled in the post where you used them. Saying "Hey, where the fuck have you been?" doesn't violate any rules in the Kommunity FAQ, but saying "You stupid bitch" obviously does. If you haven't read this yet, you should, it'll help keep you out of trouble. This also should answer your question regarding the posts and the amount of skull points awarded.

Yes, I would. Your idea of "I'm going to change my name back and forth every month!" became a problem and I had to make it publically known to everyone that you were not allowed to change your username anymore due to the fact you were abusing it.
