I made another SC3 character, but it's Scott Tennorman from South Park, and he's insane.

I was thinking, after that South Park episode, we never see Scott again, right? Well, I put him in SC3 as a maniac with long hair, a gash on his face and has the Soul Edge. (he uses Soul of Nightmare)

I'm also making a little story for him also, and in the story, his goal is to make Cartman die a slow and painful death.
