Don't be fooled by the title. This is a 10 minute noisefest I churned out when I was p***ed off.

Me breaking and smashing stuff while getting enraged about my sucky new haircut. I have short hair now! Anyway, during this recording, I accidently put 2 dents in my wall after hitting it with a broken toy guitar. Man...anger management classes anyone?

I don't have a band. I used tracking (the technique of playing something like a drum track on one tape, then recording a guitar track on the other tape while the drum track is playing at the same time).
