i read somethig like that like one year ago it was from the asociation in pro of the goodness.
they said that the chars from the animes were evil and used spiked hair and blue red and green clothes....anyway im gonna sign the petition, not cuz i thinked its evil just cuz i hate dbz and i hope that it gets banned.

OMG, this person wants to ban anime just because of a few sexual animes? What a moron. They obviously haven't heard of Pokemon, Digimon, Beyblade, and all that other kiddie anime. Anyways, anime shouldn't get banned, it's great entertainment. A heck of a lot better than most shows these days.

WHAT THE HELL? Doesn't being a christian mean you're supposed to respect other cultures? It seems that there's always somebody trying to ban everything I'm into. Alot of anime is pretty damn good. I can't properly express my disatisfaction with these kinds of people. You don't see me out there trying to ban stuff I think is morally wrong. The world was an evil place centuries before anime ,and video games even existed. When I get the money I'm packing up and heading straight for "The Dark Land of Japan" ,I got nothing keeping me here. Damn Americans ,trying to take over the world. Don't even get me started on them.

actually those guys knows the diference between hentai and the anime. but they manipulate it for example, if the want to sya the parents to ban for example evangelion. they look in google for hentai pictures of it and find the ones that looks more like the original and then say: look this is what they are showing to your kids,

Neo Genesis Evangelion: Explores religion, and exposes how harsh it can become.

Trigun: Shows that there is always a peaceful way to any problem.

Berserk: Possibly one of the most violent animes I have seen, and is intended for adults. This one shows that there are no winners in war. There are tremendous loses on both sides, and shows that war-mongering only leads to more pain.

Cowboy Bebop: One of the most popular anime's today. This is a perfect example of how unfair the world is, but the charecters are always there for each other and no matter how bad the situtation they always stand up for each other. No punches are pulled, and every drama in the series gives it a very gritty feel of reality.

So if you can sit there and say that Reality TV, MTV, E!, day time soaps, talk shows, Lifetime for Women, and Spike TV are better then there is something seriously wrong with you.

Well I think it's dependant on what you watch. I personaly, think TV can be very educational and worth watching. Much like the internet, it CAN be extremely useful if you are watching informative programs. You just have to be selective in what you watch as it can be very useful at times.
