EA games has bought out Criterion, the developers who do the Burnout series, while this might not sound that interesting Criterion are the developers and owners of Renderware software which is used to create the GTA series and Konami's Pro Evolution Soccer Series, this asks the question would future GTA's etc be at risk due to the fact that EA own the Renderware rights now, they could stop allowing other developers the right to use it.

Interesting.

[In regards to not allowing others to use Renderware]Oh ya... Renderware was also used on MK:DA so this affects Midway too, I guess. (Isn't Midway going to use Renderware for future releases?)
