Although the Doppleganger from TR: Underworld was pretty nasty and you never got a satisfying end with it. Unless you bought the DLC.

I'd say that Owlman is one of my favorite doppelgangers. He has a very cool costume, and his nihilism has a coldness about it as opposed to how the Joker makes a joke out of everyone. Of course, we can't forget about Ultraman and his murder of 219 people, which is awfully specific, but that's Ultraman for you.
