So what music do you guys like? My all time favorite band is the rock group Breaking Benjamin (hence the "bb" in "bbfreak328").
A close second is a little known band called The Leo Project. They were absolutely incredible, but they've split up now.
I also like the Christian Rock band RED.
If you haven't listened to any of these bands, and you like rock music, I suggest you check them out!

Def Leppard.
Going to see them again in August (along with Heart.) Can't wait!
Heart.
Massive fan of their first album, but not really a fan of their later "power ballade" music. Dreamboat Annie is one of the best albums ever, in my humble opinion.
Also, I don't know if you all would consider Nine Inch Nails a band, but I used to be a huge fan (until With Teeth, which sucked major ass.)

Nah, I listened to stuff like that since I was born, actually.
BTW, you really expected Justin Bieber from hardcore MK fans? Wrong place for that. And he isn't a band anyway.

King Crimson (my all-time favorite song)
Megadeth (this is the quintessential Megadeth song)
Opeth
Porcupine Tree
Symphony X (this video strikes the perfect balance between "metal" and "nerd," much like the band itself)
Eye of I (not really a band, he's actually just one guy who records and mixes all of his own stuff (except the drums; they're actually samples that are arranged on a MIDI track) in his own apartment, but the result is really good; not only is the quality something that could've come out of a mid-range studio but he's also an intelligent and talented songwriter...he also has an an entire album composed of songs inspired by video games, all exceptionally well-done)

Oh, I would also like to point out a Swedish band called "Plan Three". They're a great blend of pop, synph, rock, and strings. They've only got one album out right now ("Screaming Our Sins"), but it's by far one of the best albums I've ever heard. Here's my big list:
Breaking Benjamin
The Leo Project
RED
Plan Three
Digital Summer
Sevendust
Skillet
Evanescence
Papa Roach
Adelitas Way
Egypt Central
Creed
Staind
Three Days Grace
Chevelle
Daughtry
and many more!

Anyone here ever listen to Gojira? They're like a French progressive, thrash, technical, death metal thing. They're pretty awesome.
