NAH, Master Cheif would probably when against Samus. He has more skills than she does.He's a genetically enginered cuborg combat machine, with accees to super strength, and alien and human weaponry. Samus is cool but I don't think she'd win. All of her abilities are given to her by her exosuit. Maybe if it was Samus from Metroid Fusion, then it might have been different.
