Fighting Games with Fatalities

Hello,

How many games out there actually had fatalities or a high level of blood and violence ?

I believe Killer Instinct had a few, but thats the only game I can think of.

Are there more ?

Eternal Champions had 'Fatalities', and didn't Primal Rage have them too?

Also WWF Wrestlemania in the arcade, I remember the Undertaker had a Fatality.
