Yeah, my friend convinced me to watch this video yesterday, and it is the best song ever, catchy, AMAZING DANCE, and the pure silliness of it. I have the dance comepletely down, and the Korean Lyrics are hard to learn!
Comment on Psy [Sai] anyone and how this is the best song EVAHR

It's a good and funny party song, but after having listened to it a thousand times over already, it's starting to get on my nerves. It's not THAT great.
There have been similar songs in the past that clicked with me, for example Aserejé (The Ketchup Song) by Las Ketchup and Dragostea Din Tei by O-Zone, but this one just hasn't.
When I say similar I'm referring to catchy pop songs where I don't understand much (or any) of the lyrics.

I'm Sexy and I know it!
and now, Oppa Gangnam Style!
These are all just silly party songs, I bop it right out to these when I'm off my tits but they grind my nerves most of the time.

I just love it, along with most other songs such as Sexy and I Know It, Party Rock, TTYLXOX, Nyan Cat, and the Super Mario Bros Theme Song.

sick of it already. Not my thing. It's sweeping the globe like the T virus.
One thing I've noticed is that party songs are the easiest to hate.
They become a huge sensation, get seriously overplayed, and then die out because everyone gets tired of hearing them. I myself personally can't stand party songs, as they are generally really stupid and hold no musical merit. Plus, I don't like parties.
The thing about Gagnam Style, however, is that it was never intended to be a party song, nor get this big globally. Furthermore, for me it is a song I can listen to any day of the week, and the song's melody and flow of the lyrics are very pleasing to the ears.
Above all, Gagnam Style isn't the only good song Psy has, to me at least. I feel he has a lot more to offer.

It is catchy and the mc hammer cameo during a live performance was pretty cool.
The song just begs for Weird Al to do a parody song of it, with Ricky Martin doing the hook "sexy ladies".

The T-virus never made it out of the Mansion in the Raccoon forest. Unless you're referring to the movie.
