As much as i would love talking about this, i got a feeling that this thread will get closed pretty soon.

But as for the people seeing ghost part, my grandma told me before that some people are born with a 6th sense that lets them see ghosts. Basically she said some people can see ghosts and some people can't. Meh, i dunno, all speculation i guess. Back in Guyana though, alot of people believed this.

GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.

Dude, first of all, he meant to ask that, as a question.
He forgot to place a question-mark, instead inserting a period.

Get it?

Damn.
I was only sarcastic, but dude. :\

Also, I never said Aliens don't exist, I said UFO's don't exist.
There might be alien-life in the form of bacteria or something of that size.
Since we live here, on our planet, who's to say it cannot be on another planet with similar conditions and atmosphere?

But on this topic, I have no real opinion.
It might be, it might not be.
It has yet to be found (since we have yet to go out in deep space).

Well, proove me wrong.

Simple enough. What about those who've deconverted? They were religious, now they're not, but I don't do seem them all offing themselves, or having any sort of mental/emotional problems, or anything else that could be linked to an "unsustained" life.
That said, I don't have to prove you wrong, you're the one making the claims. If you want anyone to take you seriously (besides you, and other gullibles), you need to prove that all religious people need religion to "sustain" their lives, and anyone claiming to see a ghost, regardless of whether it's the result of a hallucination are not, are liars.
Better get started, you have 3 billion psychoanalyses to conduct and get reviewed, and who knows how ghost claims/claimers to investigate...

Yeah, I'm getting that your assertions are ridiculous.

Pay attention.
I said "most" people.
Not all people need religion to get by.

I choose my words carefully.

Beside the point. You're still making careless assumptions about people and potentially sensitive issues you don't have a clue about. You don't know most religious people, nor their motivations.
edit:
Also, you said most people need religion to get by, and since most people are religious, your statement could mean that all religious people need religion to get by (assuming that's what you mean by "something to believe in, just to remain on topic).
So much for carefully-chosen words...
