Girl problems.

Let me start off by saying, I don't want sympathy for this I just want to know if what I did was right.

Alright so this girl I've known for a year now, has basically made my life hell. It all started Friday (the eve of my birthday) and she said that if she ever moved to where I lived, she would date me. #Winning my life is awesome, right? Wrong. Saturday (my damn birthday even) she tells me if she moved here then shed start liking this other guy from where I live again.... and she told me Friday that she doesn't like him anymore. Flash forward to Monday night, I tell her she really hurt me with what she said Saturday and felt like she stabbed me in the heart with a dagger... she tells me some BS... now today she tells me there's a problem... and the problem why shes angry at me, is me. And I'm telling you right now, I helped this girl with so many problems with her life and she tells me IM the fucking problem? She keeps telling me to "figure it out" but I fucking cant because I delete my texts!

She keeps telling me "sucks to suck" and I always tell her it makes no sense. Told her my life is now shit because of what she said to me Saturday.

She replied "K." To me after I tell her my LIFE IS SHIT because of her!

On a slightly more serious note though.. You're life isn't shit/hell/whatever negative term you want to use because of her. For all you know she will text you in the range of a few hours to a few days and wil be fine.

Also, I hope the lesson was learned of not deleting your texts.

I can't say you did the wrong thing, but you definitely didn't do the best thing. I would have recommended skipping the text and go straight to cutting all the ties. This girl obviously wants a lot of attention, and all that text accomplished was letting her know that she got inside your head.

Don't text her. Don't talk to her. Don't give her ANY evidence that you give a shit. She probably just likes playing mind games to deal with her insecurities and self-esteem. If you try to negotiate with this person, you're just going to feed a really shitty fire.

Despite that I'm dealing with so many issues right now, I want to help. First and foremost, you're not a piece of shit. I can't tell you how many times I use to give out people advice for when they really needed it, and later I find out that they just throw what I told them away. They kept coming back for more, and I honestly, I couldn't give them any more advice, and they yell at me like I'm the fault of their problems. You did nothing wrong if all you really did was try to help this girl out deal with all of her issues, and if she can't be nice in return to actually thank you or to be kind to you, then obviously, she's not worth any moment of your time to be wasted on. Believe me.

Secondly, you did the right thing, but I wouldn't say that you did it in the nicest way. You didn't have to write what you did, all you could have said was that, "I try being here for you as much as I can, you turn around and stabbed me. I can't be your friend if you're just gonna keep hurting me all the time." And if she would have responded in the same way as she did to your text, then obviously she got more issues than what she showed you. And if she blocked you from Facebook, and just write those annoying one letter texts, then that says that she's too immature to come out and talk like a big girl to you, and isn't worth the time.

I'm in the same in similar situation myself.

It's hard being a girls fucking best friend. Because you get friend zoned so god damn fast it will make your head spin. Her excuse has been that it would fuck up our friendship if the realationship ever went bad. So should I just quit worrying about it and move on?

I got to agree. You would have been better off just cutting ties with her and ignored her completely from the beginning. You gave her the satisfaction of knowing that she got to you.

In the future it's better to keep as much of your emotions to yourself. I find it really messes with women when you turn their game back on them and are hard to read.

Anyway, back on topic. Women are shitheads. Don't mind them. Trust me, there's gonna be plenty more and as time goes on you get even more and more jaded to the point where you'll be like "yeah, being deleted on facebook is getting off easy". And that's not me being cynical, it just happens with age and experience, you realise it's not worth giving a shit about because better things come along to focus on.

And then, hey presto, when you're focusing on that, you meet someone who's cool and kinda hot (who thinks you're sexylicious) and before you know it you've completely forgotten about this Sarah girl because she's last weeks trash.

I know what its like when you help someone and they don't appreciate it. Happens a lot though, by the sounds of things, you got off easy seeing she's a bit of a bitch now rather than getting with her and realising it after a few months. Count your blessings, pall out with your friends and go out and have some fun. It might sound like im being harsh here but from experience you're only going to think "jesus what an idiot was I moping around after her?" in a few weeks so spend the rest of today feeling like shit and then when tomorow comes along just move on with your life and have fun. You only live once. :)

what Temp said. the shit fumes will choke you if you dont listen. ive gone through similar situations (plural) quite a few times (i was strung along in some cases for years) and ive done stupid shit as a result (i have numerous scars as a result). be the better human being, ditch the bitch (no offense) and let her dumb ass wallow in it.

dont let something like this mess with you like similar situations have done to me man.
