Hi!..Welcome to MKO!! To answer your question, there isn't an *active* thread for every character, but characters are always up for discussion. so ya, you can create a thread about a character pertaining to the specific game you are referring to with them in the appropriate forum. If you're going to create a thread about a character relevant to the MK(2011) game, then post there, just make sure there isn't an active thread already going that may be related to what you may have to say.... Shinnok's links should also be of assistance to you. Also, be sure to check out the Community FAQ's....Enjoy your stay!
