The front tires kind of look like they are touching.

Just put a hilight on the one closer to the back, to separate them.

The blood on the car looks like air brush, and not really blood because it's blurry.

You could use a hard brush to make it look more like a liquid.

what program did you use, Photoshop?

i have no clue what you are talking about because i used a program called photoimpressions 4
i got the blood on there by putting red, dark red, bright red, then useing the smear tool to mush them together then used clone opion to put it on there.
hard to explain..
