Make sure you successfully select a new avatar from the Icon Library list and/or input a valid image URL in the "Change Icon" popup [and click OK to confirm]. You'll know this worked when the default avatar image changes to the avatar you've chosen.

Make sure you aren't scrolling the Icon Library when saving.
