Two ways to make images move:
One: animated .gif pictures will be animated regardless. Just do the usual HTML coding:

where you want it.(in your case, your sig.) Examples of animated gifs:



Two:Typing HTML coding for marquee, wich is:


will also make the image move, but as a banner, whatever is displayed in the image will not move, the whole image will move like this:



There maybe more things i don't know, but that's the extent of my HMTL (a.k.a. H4xxOr skillz) knowledge right there.

If you were talking to me, well i know some HTML stuff, basic marquees, lists, links, pics, etc, but making marquees bounce, go backwards, upwards, and even diagonally is still beyond me.
