You need a host site. Try www.photobucket.com, it's free to sign up. Add the pic once your logged in. Then highlight and copy the 'Tag', in your Settings paste it in the Sig box - then you've got it.

Yeah, but you don't need too. Just right click the pic, scroll down to the properties, then highlight and copy the URL. Go to settings, change the avatar, when the box comes up - paste. This means u can add any pic for your avatar.

That'll change in a few hours. I was hosting a video on my webspace and ran out of bandwidth for the month. Once that is restorted, later today, everything will be up as normal.
