I have (D-Link) DL-604 Router for my Xbox, the problem is that it has a DNS error and I use comcast. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Well I have a question because I just got my Xbox (no Xbox live yet). I noticed the phone jack on the very left of the back of the Xbox...my PS2 already has online so all I gotta do is take the jack outta the ps2 network adapter and put it in the xbox? I use wireless because my comp and video game systems are the furthest from each other in my house.

It is not a phone jack, it is a network/broadband jack, meaning only DSL, and cable are supported. Don't even think about plugging a phone jack into it becasue it won't work for one. You say you have your PS2 connected online. Well remember when you bought the Network adapter for your PS2 the broadband jack was covered with a warning sticker telling you not to insrt a phone jack into the broadband jack, becuase you could cause serious damage to your PS2, the same goes here for your Xbox. Also that is the exact same way I have both my Xbox, and PS2 set up, with a wireless network adapter, and I just switch it between the 2 systems.

Oh yeah I see what you're saying. I have a Cable Connection (Roadrunner) I play socom 2 all the time online and its broadband only so mine will work. So Ill just take the network jack outta my ps2 network adapter and stick it into the xbox once I get my xbox live.
