Idea for Forum Admin. (not sure where this goes)

So Im new on this forum, but I noticed a few imperfections that I think could be fixed very easily.

Actually its one big imperfection with a simple fix:

Problem: People do not know how to hotlink links and photos, or how to seperate Quotes (this includes myself)

Solution: I come from the Bethesda Softworks thread, and on their forums they have buttons for these functions in thread, it looks like:

Would something like that be doable and worth doing on this forum?

OK ill move it over there, and I know we got an HTML thread, but wouldnt this be a whole hell of a lot more convenient?

The way I see it is that by having to type it out, I was able to master it quickly. Especially hyperlinking text. I couldn't do that until about a month ago, and now I can type the whole thing out as easy as this.
