If I wanted that once in a life time opportunity to do something? I'd only have to think about it, and within a few days it's presented itself to me. Odds would just work in favour for whatever it is that was on my mind and manifest within moments of imagining it, and in turn could influence whatever I set my mind to.

That confidence thing is perfect. An awesome wish. But, uh, it could possibly be taken to far as to your own consciousness and during truth or dare, you are dared to jump off a cliff. "Sure, I'll do that! I CAN FUCKING DO THAT!" See? But, you are pretty smart, so meh.
The virus cure is phenomenal. I like how you are so imaginative with all your wishes. Of course, this means less hospitals, less people with a job, and less people with money who have less food to feed themselves and their starving children. Wow, I can find loopholes for everything!
The reshaping ability is probably the best idea yet. It's nice how this uses a time signature so that it's not automatic. But say you are a child in school and want a tornado or freak storm to happen but then it doesn't hit in time and then you are stuck with the test, and possibly drowned.
Yeah, uh, sorry for my reviews. It's just some kind of loophole thing. I can find the answer to fluppin' everything!
1) Confidence doesn't generally tend to override my own logical thought, or common sense, personally speaking. So I don't think I'd be jumping off cliffs in an attempt to fly anytime soon.
2) Job losses in exchange for complete immunity for all of mankind to virus's and diseases seems like more than a fair trade. I'm sure those who have lost people they care for to preventable and terminal diseases would agree a pay check means less than a human life.
3) Since I'm an adult, not a child, I wouldn't be holding out for Hurricanes anytime soon. It would be more like Scarlet Witch's or Black Cat's ability than anything else.
4) I'm a he, not a she. But if you still want to find the loophole in that, come back with a bottle of vodka and some beer goggles and I'll point you in the right direction. ;)
