Oh, that's cool Chan Ming. I'm trying a little Japanese, it seems kinda hard. I'm not even bothering with the writing though, seems to hard. I just learn what I can online in Roman alphabet.

Btw, Are you Chinese? Just curious.

Yes, I'm part Chinese. I'm mixed. (Caucasian father, Chinese mother)

Anywho, the Japanese language is easier than Chinese to me. Japanese writing is also easier. I can read most of the hiragana and katakana, but not the kanji. Btw, the means you're learning Japanese is through romaji.

It's all interesting, really. I dread learning Spanish next year and the year after. *gags*

Huh! I'm trying to learn Japanese, Chinese and trying to re-learn French. Right now, my French is better.

Oh don't worry, sooo many of the words are similar to the English counterparts, just 'Spanishized' lol. Once you get down your verb conjugation and syntax, and learn to read and write(not all that hard), it's really a piece of cake. I had an A average in Spanish and had the main part in a Spanish-language play we did, so I did pretty good.

Anywho, Ghost, I think learning more than one different language is fun. Especially when people think you can't do it, and then you actually do do it. XD

True dat!

I think I read that Korean Hangul is internationally recognized as the easiest language to learn other than english.

I wish my college would offer more language courses. Eh! I need to find a design job so I can buy more language emmerssion cd's.

Bu gan dang. (You flatter me.) ;) Anywho, yes, the katakana and hiragana are both interesting, although I find the hiragana to be easier to remember and read. And yes, colleges need to teach more foreign languages. And yes, Hangul is a rather easy language. My friend Sung was born in Korea but lives in the states with caucasian adoptors and he taught me a few phrases in Korean. It's fairly simple, compared to ... Chinese. o.O Chinese is very hard, and I haven't even TRIED to touch base on the Chinese kanji yet.
