This December will make 12 years that I have been bodybuilding... its one of my all time fav hobbies and do it 5 days a week...

Unlike most routines I work every muscle group everyday...

heres some of my stats:
Bench Press: 375
Curls: 170
Leg Press: 200
Preacher Curl: 120
Military Press (back): 190

These r just some of the basics, itd take awhile to type out all my excercise routine...

Hey man, that's pretty pimp your trying to get into shape. I got interested in lifting while in the seventh grade. Lifted EVERY day in highschool, twice on mon, wed, thurs. Though, went to college and lived on teriyaki and cheese sticks for two years with out any physical activity aside from walking. Yeah, it fucks you up. Started lifting again after I graduated, though.

What kind of shape do you want to get into? I'm sure some of us peeps could help you out if you have questions. Do you have a routine yet? I can tell you right now you want to document everything you do when you lift. It keeps you focused and lets you know your gains and what you need to work on. If you're focused you will see much greater gains than if you'r not focused. Ahh, the power of paper and pen tongue.

I've been weight lifting for the past 8 years, but on and off cuz I get too lazy.

The most weight I pushed was 950lbs. on a leg press.

Keeping in shape is good, I recently (last few months) got back into working out properly with a schedule and what not after taking some time off due to "personal problems" (to say the least). I hit a few problems and got out of shape, meaning I lost alot of weight due to not eating properly rather than gaining weight (I don't think I could get fat if I tried). I spend between 3-5 hours working out every other day, going between weight training, stretching excericises and bag work (ex martial artist, can't help it, besides that it is a great work out).

I'm not some huge guy (as anybody who has seen me would know), I'm only 5'9"ish and far from bulky, but I'm in good shape and I don't exactly look like I can't knock someone out (if you were going off size alone). I train more for speed and health than to have no neck/massive man tits, I naturally don't have a thick build so I like to tone and build what I have to a reasonable size and work with that.

I don't know about stats, but I can lift a hell of alot if I need to. I mess around fighting with a mate of mine who weighs 120 kg and is aout 6'4, not sure how many lbs that is but he's a big guy. I've managed to knock him around plenty of times, even throw him to the ground when he stuffs up, people really underestimate me because of my size. I've spent most of my life doing martial arts and have rarely faultered with my training schedule even after years without official training (ater 14 years I should've learnt a thing or two to not need constant guidance). My main stays being Karate, Tae Kwon Do and Muay Thai, and anybody who understands those styles roughly could probably figure most of my strength is my legs. I don't look like I can lift a 120 kg guy and drop him, but that's only because I always wear somewhat loose pants and nobody can tell how thick my legs are compared to the rest of my thinner build smile

Point of my rambling - There is none, just... Working out is good, being fit is better than dying of heart problems by 30.

I've been doing it since I was 17 (1997), I guess. The most I lasted without stopping was from 1998 to 2000, after that I've been on and off, on and off. Right now it's been three weeks since I got back to it.

I don't remember which were my stats. But right now on chest press it's 165 lbs. max.

The most I've gotten in arms was 14.30 inches (going into that, again), 'cause I'm normally skinny. But my body is always nice shaped.
