Is the Silent Hill HD Collection worth buying?

These two silent hills were my favorite ones of the series. The thing is, I hear there are many problems with the HD Collection release. Some examples are: problems with the environments such as the look of the fog, water,movement. Even problems with the voice acting. I mean how can you mess up this bad on an HD release of a classic game. I'm buying this on my 360 so I was wondering if the same problems exist on Xbox as it does on the PS3. Any help would be appreciated because I still don't know if I should purchase this. I really want to though since I no longer own my original copies.

I think the PS3 version has just had a patch so that version should be ok.
As an owner of the 360 version I never found the problems to be game destroying.
The biggest problem I had was the insane Lag on SH3 after defeating bosses or when firing the submachine gun but it would pass.
SH2 was perfect apart from the not so dense fog in certain areas.
The 360 patch is coming soon so if you are worried about it just wait a bit longer for the patch to be released.

I went ahead and looked up bugs and glitches for the game, and found this video, detailing some issues on the 360 version.
I still refuse to buy the game out of principle. The voice acting is just unfitting, and so very odd. (Heather does not sound like a teenager anymore.) Also, I noticed from videos on YouTube that they changed some of the music playing during certain cutscenes.

It really bothers me.

Not only he's right,these ports are horrible,I cant understand how Konami let this garbage came out..no wait,i understand,Konami doesnt give a shit anymore about SIlent Hill,that's why,Dear Konami,let Silent Hill die for good,you have abandoned in hell one of your most beloved and incredible franchises EVER.
