Yeah knowing who is on each side is vital, because knowing powers and abilities would help make the decision easier.

Also just because Batman is on one side does not mean he could take on the fucking Avengers solo OR the justice league would automatically win.

Depends on the line-up and whatnot. They both have overly powered characters, tons of Deus Ex characters, and "never lose" characters. You could really argue that either of them could win.

I wonder who is stronger tho... Thor or Superman. Thor hasnt had many feats of strength compared to the Man of Steel... but he did kill Sentry... who was basically Superman. And he has beaten Hyperion as well in the past. Also, Thor's magic should be super-effective against supes. But Supes is one and only.
Also, Superman's super-convenient weakness to kryptonite AND magic could be exploited by Scarlet Witch. She could transmute anything into kryptonite, or could make his skin transparent like its happened before...

Batman and Capt America are the "never lose" guys... so... who loses?

Also... would u consider Hulk in the fight?

Green Lantern, Diana, Martian Manhunter and Shazam are also hugely powerful... but what line-up are we talking about for the JL? Same goes for WonderMan, Ms Marvel, Sentry and Serise.

Some characters have very varying degrees of power depending on who writes them, like Iron Man, Vision, Zatanna, and Firestorm.

The rest of the characters who are reasonably powered, like Black Cannary, Black Widow, Green Arrow, Hawkeye, Giant Man, Wasp, Spider-Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg, Hawkman, etc. would pretty much go head to head.

Well are we talking about the original founders of JL or ALL of JL?

Batmans brains, Superman and Martian Manhunter are extremely powerfull but if Wally Wests flash is there I'm pretty sure he would sort that shit out.

Batman vs Justice League + The Avengers.

Justice League, definitely, and I'm usually more of a Marvel fan but the Justice League is the fuckin' Justice League. Batman, Superman, Flash and Green Lantern are pretty much an unbeatable foursome as it is.

Like others have said, it depends on the line-ups. I'll address the Justice League Unlimited roster vs. the 2012 movie Avengers.

Avengers: Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye, Black Widow.

JLU: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, Hawkgirl, Hawkman, Supergirl, Captain Marvel, Captain Atom, Aquaman, Etrigan, Green Arrow, Red Tornado, Metamorpho, Zatanna, Steel, Booster Gold, Dr. Fate, plus approximately 42 others.

Hawkeye shoots them all with boxing glove arrows, Avengers win.

Not according to Justice League: Doom :) but it would still be a tough fight.
