What do you guys think about this? I don't know if she was really raped, so I'm not going to call her a liar or anything. Having said that, I think this makes her look like she's just after money. I may be completely of the mark, though. Tell me what you think.

See, her case might be falling apart since the judge allowed some of her her past sexual history to be admitted. Specifically, inofmation on whether or not she had sex with someone else like 3 days after her run in with Kobe.
The standard of proof is lower in civil cases, so she has a better shot at winning.

Sence Shaq left the lakers, and if Kobe goes to Jail. than the lakers are pretty much screwed.
but sence I don't care for basketball. It doesn't really bother me.

She has a bigger chance in getting paid in a civil suit than this criminal one. Personaly, I'd like to think he didn't do it. Seeing how she went and had sex with other guys. Sounds like she is trying to get paid to me.
But if he is found guilty, here are the new uniforms:

A civil case is entierly about compensation. Even if Kobe is found guilty during the civil trial, It's not like he's going to jail. Now I or anyone else has any right to say weather or not the girl is lying about being raped, becuase we weren't there. And if Kobe did raper her he definetly deserves to go to jail for it, but for her to drop the criminal case for a civil case becuase she will need less proof to prove she was raped just showes her to be a gold digging hoe! In my opnion.
