First of all MKD started to suck ever since it was announced, and second, Ray was just a tester, he didnt actually work on MKD, but I may be wrong about the latter.

Ray worked on camera and level design for Psi-ops, as well, if I'm not mistaken. Some of those game trailers you see on the net, that's him playing. So he was responsible for a bit of caping, too.

Hell, I'm not Dan Forden, though they can send the pay cheques to me instead if they want..

And some Midway staff aren't listed with obvious usernames or icons representing them either, but that's entirely their choice and right for privacy and all.
