mber of the Year: mkwhopper, Icebaby and Coltess (can't it be a tie??) Three great people on this site. All are friendly, helpful, they make great topics, post info and they all tend to be very friendly people overall. You three (and many more) help make these boards a great place to visit.

Newcomer of the Year: Lord Skarlet. I'm sure that I've seen your comments a million times before, but I honestly can't recall. That, plus the fact that I don't really knwo who's new this year leads me to go with the herd on this one.

Worst Member of the Year: Whoever it was from that Italian company that went on to MKO and threatened MKO users with litigation for talking smack about their "game."

Topic of the Year: My favorites included: Drive By IV. How could it not be the winner?

I'd also consider any topic pertaining to the outfits that the women wore in MK. So much anger. So much hilarity. Same goes for the Kreate a Fighter debate that never seems to die.

Any topic pertaining to tournament gamers and how valid their opinion was of MK versus regular MK fans. That came up a few times and generated a lot of "debate." Oh, and Necrostorm. Soooo.... strange, that whole thread.

Most Under rated: Lot's of underrated people on this site. People that show up here a lot, talk with a lot of different people about MK or anything under the sun. Just regular, friendly, often times helpful people that make this site a lot more than an information source for my favorite game series. Really, this is a great group of people on this site.

Most Overrated: My Little Pony. It's a cute show. Not sure why so many people love it so much, but to each, his own, I guess.

Funniest Member of the Year: Jaded Raven. For some reason, it seemed like people argued with this guy a lot this year, yet he always seemed one step ahead. Also, pretty much everything that comes out of (Erik)'s mouth is gold. Sharp wit. Very sharp.

This thread is a great reminder of why I left the site last year. Man do I miss the old days.

And that isn't a stab at anyone; there are so many great users who have left this place and now it just isn't the same.

I know how you feel. I too feel the same way.

This isn't the same site at it was 4 years ago, and that's probably why it seems so dull now.

I miss Trish ~crow~ Chrome Master Malone Skinsley and last but not least Xtactics... Man so many great people have come along through the years...
